Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Private Lessons

Upon rental request approval, your credit card will be processed for payment. Cancellation Policy If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to time of rental or booked lesson, a facility credit will be given for a future rental. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours to your time rental or booked lesson, there will be no refunds. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the start or your rental or lesson time.
