Group Speed & Agility

  • 60-minute sessions that focus on proper running form, explosiveness, and change of direction.
  • These sessions improve acceleration, foot speed, and quickness. Workouts complement and improve the performance of all sports.

Price:

  • 5 Session = $45
  • 10 Sessions = $80

Advanced Speed & Agility

Sessions will include:

  • 8-week program at 2x per week
  • Pre/post testing on speed, power, and agility
  • 45 – 60 minute sessions that include; movement prep work such as ankle and hip mobility exercises, running mechanics evaluation and corrections along with proper programming systematically proven to increase speed, power, and reaction time by creating a healthier and more efficient path to movement.

Price: $240 for 8 weeks
Group Drop-Ins: $10/athlete (no pre/post test)

Private Weight Training + Speed & Agility

Sessions will include:

  • 8-week program at 2 or 3x per week
  • Pre/post testing on speed, power and strength
  • Functional movement screens for individualized training and asymmetrical corrections
  • 90 minute training sessions will include the following:
    • Shoulder/elbow care
      • Maintain health and grow stronger with a major league arm care program that prevents injuries.
    • Mobility program
      • The mobility program is a head-to-toe program that will keep you healthy and throwing harder at any position on the field. Analytically proven to increase mechanical efficiency by incorporating shoulder/hip separation drills, hip internal/external rotation exercises, and ankle performance.
    • Speed training
      • 8-week speed, agility, conditioning, and plyometric program
    • Strength training
      • Evidence-based training to help reduce injuries
      • Make the strength gains necessary to compete at the highest level.

Price:

  • 3x per week = $760 for 8 weeks ($40/session)
  • 2 x / week = $575 for 8 weeks ($45/session)

Arm Care & Core Training

Sessions will include:

  • 8-week program at 2x per week
  • Pre/post testing on speed, power, and strength
  • 45-60 minute sessions
  • Complete in-season arm care
    • Strengthen rotator cuff, scapular muscles, and protect the elbow
    • Increase T-Spine Mobility and establish a solid foundation through the core
    • Learn a pre game routine and a post-game program
    • Tips on pre/post game nutrition

Cardio Dance

This class is a follow-along dance fitness class that is as much of a party as it is a workout. It combines fun, easy-to-follow cardio dance moves while jamming to the hottest pop music. This class will give you a fun cardio workout and will include hand weights for a total body burn class. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Power Pop Pilates

Pilates is a dynamic total body workout that will help develop a strong inner core while helping sculpt long, lean muscles. This class will work on strengthening posture, balance, and flexibility. The workout can be modified to provide gentle strength training or a challenging workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
